Kenpo Golden Rules by Richard Planas
In the system of Kenpo of GM Ed Parker, all the concepts, rules and principles of movement exist to maximize the effectiveness of the Artists. For this reason, the serious student of the art does not have to be satisfied to learning the techniques simply, but she must deepen in them understanding and applying these rules. GM Richard " Huk" Planas " was designated by Parker like his, Quality supervisor", visiting the different schools from Ed Parker´s Kenpo distributed by the USA to supervise that the instructors taught according to the quality standards that Master Parker demanded. The Master Planas knows the instructor job, due to the great knowledge that he owns of the art and in their seminaries the quality and understanding of the art prevail on the amount of material to work. In this his third work, the Master Planas puts in practice all that knowledge, demonstrating how the program written once the to work is assimilated. Always deepening of the reasons of each realized movement, different variants from the techniques, interconnections, grafts, extensions or families are exemplified, having shown how to fit of skillful form the different pieces that compose the system. The Kenpo in the highest standard.
