After many years of intensive one-to-one training with many of the top masters of the Philippines, Edgar G. Sulite attained such a level of proficiency that he was able to creatively synthesize his knowledge to form "Lameco Eskrima", a system that deals with long, middle and close ranges. In this two video series Edgar progressively teaches striking patterns such as Ikis, Aldabis, Panapis and Crossada as well as their applications as strike counters, ultimately leading up to freelance training. These videos will be a welcome addition for anyone interested in weaponry as well as self defense.
