The Short Figure 4 Control – An innovative and tight control grip for No-Gi BJJ
The Short Figure 4 is a modification of the classical Kimura Grip. While the classical grip is controlling the wrist of your opponent, the Short Figure 4 is controlling the arm directly at the elbow joint. That makes the control much tighter and leaves your opponent less space to escape.
